Privacy policy

Luxury Maple ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it, consistent with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information we collect

• Messages you send us. Our contact form opens your own email app, so we receive only what you choose to send to info@luxurymaple.com, such as your name, email address and message.
• Technical data. Our web server logs standard information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

We don't create accounts, take payments or collect sensitive information.

How we use it

We use your messages only to reply to you, review suggested corrections and evaluate listing submissions. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't use it for marketing without your consent.

Third parties

Fonts and images are served from our own server. Our site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical data to protect and speed up the site, and email to info@luxurymaple.com is forwarded by Cloudflare's email routing service. Links to support organizations take you to third-party sites with their own privacy policies.

Retention

We keep correspondence only as long as needed to respond and keep reviews accurate, then delete it. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@luxurymaple.com. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Age

This site is intended for adults of legal gaming age in their province. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
